Large space with many areas to sleep-great for a trip with large amount of guests. Awesome backyard with pool, fire pit, volleyball court and alot of seating areas. Basement area with multiple games, pool table and a lot of things to do. Great area in the Hamptons-5 minute drive from multiple restaurants/bars and close to the beach! Would definitely recommend. Super easy check in and check out process, and very easy to get in touch with host. Responses were prompt and she checked back to make sure issue had been resolved.

Queen’s house was the perfect space for our large group of 12 for a weekend. The house has enough beds /room and that we all were able to have our own clean space and gathering spaces as well. The outdoors is perfect - but the home is also centrally located to the other areas of the hamptons for wine or boat tours, etc. Queen also has great recs. Highly recommend all around!

This is one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. It has everything you need, so you don’t need to worry about packing lots of extra things. There’s a fire pit which is awesome, a pool and lots of comfy beds for all guests. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Hamptons!
